Payment structure as of Nov 2024:

Includes an Introduction Therapy Pack and refreshments at EQ Haven (coffee, tea, juices, fruit, and sweet / Savoury treat) at each therapy session.

NDIS: $193.99 per hour for NDIS Plan or Self-Managed clients for one-on-one Equine Assisted Psychotherapy session (EAP).

All NDIS supported clients are encouraged to check with the most recent NDIS funding arrangements to ensure your plan covers equine assisted psychotherapy. This also ensures you are aware of your obligations in relation to the scheme.

Private Individual Horse Wisdom program ™ (7 sessions for the price of 6) – $1,452 GST included.

Private Individual session (adult or child) -$193.99 Plus GST.

Please note if a report (at any stage of the service) is required or requested this will be an additional cost calculated for the time taken to compose at a rate of $193.99 per hour (so proportional to the hour). This is also at the discretion of the Psychotherapist.                                                                                                               

If a client is having any financial difficulty, please contact us to talk through your circumstance and we may be able to assist with payment plans or special grants to allow you to still be able to participate in psychotherapy.

Cancellations/ Rescheduling

EQ Haven, (ABN 81646594434, 4859 Gundaroo Road, Bellmount Forest, NSW, 2581,) is cognoscente that client and Psychotherapist plans may change due to personal reason/illness etc and cancellations or rescheduling may need to be made.

Upfront payment can be made (private only), or the client can be invoiced post the session.

A cancellation request can be made 72 hours prior to the scheduled session and the full amount refunded (if prepaid).

If a cancellation notice is less than 72 hours, 50% of the payment only will be refunded or charged (if prepaid). This is at the discretion of the Psychotherapist.

If there is an exceptional circumstance and cancellation is done by the client less than 72 hours prior to the scheduled session, refund/charge will be at the discretion of EQ Haven Directors.

If EQ Haven must cancel the session due to inclement weather or other reasons beyond their control, there will be an option to reschedule.

EQ Haven has needed to make this decision to ensure the horses continue to receive the excellent standard of care and attention they need to thrive, and this comes at a cost. We appreciate your understanding of this.
