EQ Haven is cognoscente that client plans may change due to personal reason/illness etc and cancellations or rescheduling may need to be made. 
A cancellation request can be made 72 hours prior to the scheduled session and there will be no charge for a cancellation.
If there is an exceptional circumstance and cancellation is done by the client less than 72 hours prior to the scheduled session, any decision to charge will be at the discretion of EQ Haven.

If EQ Haven have to cancel the session due to inclement weather or other reasons beyond their control, there will be an option to reschedule. EQ Haven has needed to make these decisions to ensure the horses continue to receive the excellent standard of care and attention they need to thrive, and this comes at a cost. We appreciate your understanding of this.
